Review:
Sammy Lee's inspiring and useful book shows how companies can thrive and grow by taking very good care of their employees and customers and their leaders. Caring about the welfare of one's stakeholders and helping them lead healthy, satisfying lives is not a platitude for Sammy Lee; it is a way of life that he and his Infinitus colleagues practice everyday. And it is fair to say that the principles of autopilot leadership not only saved his company, Infinitus; it saved Sammy's life. --Dr. John Davis, Harvard Business School, Harvard University
Sammy Lee is a role model of this type of leader. His purpose is the business continuity of his family's business. He craves to learn from critics. He embraces the dignity of people and the responsibility to all stakeholders. Autopilot Leadership is an inspiring philosophy of management. --Dr. John Ward, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
During the 23 years of my service for the company, I have been very lucky to have participated in and witnessed the whole process of creation, implementation, and refinement of the Autopilot Leadership Model. Many colleagues and I can relate to the examples and stories described in this book. As a professional manager, gaining the trust of my supervisors and my teammates is very important, especially when encountering challenges and obstacles. Luckily, we have always felt this sense of trust and support at Infinitus. In this way, we were allowed to continuously change, to dare to innovate, to own a winning mindset, and to exert confidence. I believe that the Autopilot Leadership Model will bring more exuberance and happiness to others! --Lam Yu, Managing Director of Infinitus (China) Company Limited
