The Adventures of Salt & Soap at the Grand Canyon - Hardcover

Author Lori April Rome is a park ranger at Grand Canyon and has worked for the National Park Service across the country, from Alaska to Florida. She enjoys hiking, canoeing, and walking with her adopted dogs, Salt and Soap, and her husband, Kevin. This is her first children's book.
Illustrator Tanja Bauerle's golden retrievers, Otto and Peanut, were constantly at her side while creating the artwork for this book. She also illustrated the children's book There s a Coqui in My Shoe!, which won the International Latino Book Award for Best Educational Children's Boon in English.
