I never would have believed it! If someone had told me a week ago that I would not be smoking or craving cigarettes in 7 days time, just by listening to a CD, I would have told them they were mad! But - it works... after a few repetitions of the CD (once per night) I found the affirmations popped into my head at the appropriate moment and helped me get over the need for a cigarette. I have been a smoker for 20 years and can't even count the number of times I have tried to quit. My main problem was that I was always looking for that excuse to start again.
