Richard Brennan has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1989 and runs a busy practice in Galway, Ireland. He is the director of the internationally recognized Alexander Teacher Training College and the co-founder and past president of the Irish Society of Alexander Technique Teachers (ISSAT). He travels extensively, giving talks and presenting throughout Europe and the USA. He is the author of four previous books on the Alexander Technique.
