About the Author:
Barbar Elaine Haenni Berg, MA, is a specail education teacher who first came to Maui in the 1970s. She swims and dives with Honu , several times a week, primarily in reserve waters. The illustrations come from repeated contact with Hone and are a pictorial journal of her experiences.
