About the Author:
Writer and art critic Lynn Crawford is the author of Solow, Blow, Fortification Resort, Simply Separate People, and Simply Separate People, Two.Her work appears in various anthologies (Oulipo Compendium, Fence, Brooklyn Rail) and journals (Art in America, Detroit Research, McSweeney's, Hyperallergic). Fiction appears in numerous art publications including The-N-Word (a 2016 monograph of painter Peter Williams). A 2010 Kresge Literary Arts Fellow and 2016 Rauschenberg Writing Fellow, and a founding board member of Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MOCAD), Crawford lives with her family north of Detroit.
