About the Author:
Jo Pavey represented Great Britain in a record-breaking fifth Olympic Games at Rio 2016. In 2014, at the age of 40 and just months after having a baby, she won gold in the European Championships over 10,000m and bronze in the Commonwealth Games over 5,000m. Jo has won a host of other accolades, and came third in the BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2014.
