David E. Longnecker, MD, FRCA is the Robert D. Dripps Professor Emeritus from the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

David L. Brown, MD is Chair of the Anesthesiology Institute at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mark F. Newman, MD is the Merel H. Harmel Professor and Chairman in the Department of Anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
